Yes. You can bring your own food or hire any caterer of your choice. The kitchen is available for your use.
No, we do not provide any food or catering services. The venue is rental-only.
For events under 80 guests, you may bring beer and wine. Events over 80 guests require an insured bartender for any alcohol service. All alcohol must be purchased from PA licensed retailers, and liquor is only permitted when served by an insured bartender.
For bookings more than two weeks in advance, a 50% payment is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due one week before the event. A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.
While not required, we recommend event insurance for your protection. Event insurance is typically very affordable and can provide coverage for cancellations, property damage, and liability.
