The space comes with 15 five-foot round tables for seating, 2 rectangular tables for food/gifts, 90 wooden chairs, full kitchen, restrooms, and parking. We also offer additional add-ons for a fee, including tablecloths, venue set-up assistance, access to our flex side room for storage or prep, and back hallway use.
Yes. You can bring your own food or hire any caterer of your choice. The kitchen is available for your use.
While we don't provide catering services directly, we work with several trusted caterers who are familiar with our venue and can help make your event exceptional. We're happy to share our list of preferred vendors to help you find the perfect fit for your celebration.
All access to the venue is determined by the agreed-upon rental hours. There is no discounted rate for time spent decorating or setting up event
For events with fewer than 80 guests, you may serve beer and wine without a bartender. Events with over 80 guests OR with liquor require a RAMP certified bartender with liquor liability insurance for all alcohol service. All alcohol must be purchased from PA licensed retailers.
For bookings more than 30 Days in advance, 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.
While not required, we recommend event insurance for your protection. Event insurance is typically very affordable and can provide coverage for cancellations, property damage, and liability.
