Cleaning Professional +

We are looking for a positive, motivated individual who enjoys cleaning and takes pride in their work. They have a full-time position open for a Cleaning Professional to work a flexible schedule. This position involves the cleaning of offices, residences, and apartments located in Harrisburg and surrounding areas. All cleaning products and supplies are provided by the company.

Duties - The list is not all inclusive or listed in any specific level of importance:

Bathrooms: Cleaning bathroom toilets/sinks/mirrors, sweeping/mopping floors, emptying wastebaskets

Individual Offices/Cubicles/Rooms: Emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows

Kitchen/Venue Areas: Cleaning counters/sinks, sweeping/mopping floor, emptying trash cans/recycling, wiping down tables/chairs, cleaning refrigerator/freezer, and cleaning windows

Common Areas: Vacuuming carpets, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning windows, emptying wastebaskets, dusting, cleaning conference room table

Requirements:
  • Must be available to work on a flexible full-time schedule including some weekends
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable working vehicle
  • Must be willing to travel to the offices, area residences and apartments each week for cleaning
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
  • 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
  • Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Full Stack Developer +

Genesis Systems, Inc. and related entities are a business group that provides Information Technology Services (software development, support, hosting, etc.), CPA services, and other diverse activities. Operating nationally and internationally, the group has been in existence for over 38 years and continues to expand its operations.

Position Summary

The Senior Application Developer/Engineer position helps to identify business requirements, determine specifications, modify and expand the system through analysis and development. The position involves initial programming, bug fixes etc. for new or already established large sized, mission critical systems throughout the United States. It involves being able to think through processes and work with other team members to determine the best way to develop the functionalities of the systems.

Requirements:
  • Have experience using C#, ASP.NET, WCF, ENTITY FRAMEWORK, LINQ, HTML/CSS, AJAX, XML, OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, JSON, SQL SERVER, ORACLE, TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER (TFS) DEVOPS, ACTIVE REPORTS, NoSQL Database (CouchDB), and EXT JS.
  • Have an understanding and knowledge of enterprise networking, distributed systems technologies/methodologies and leading technologies
  • Experience in the latest networking and communications technologies
  • Project Management and supervisory experience is a plus
  • Be a quality oriented, well-organized, self-starter with strong managerial and technical writing skills as well as the ability to work well with others in meeting deadlines
  • Effectively communicating with customers because of the high-profile nature of the position demands exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of team collaboration
  • Willingness to travel as required by projects
  • Ability to work with resources across multiple time zones
  • Must have a current valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug test
